Apartment: 2 day minimum stay. 1 to 7 days - based on double occupancy:

$195.00 per night + 5% bed tax

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. We recognize that weather can sometimes
prevent scheduled arrivals and departures so we are happy to work with you.

Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance. A one night deposit is required
to secure a reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. We accept Travelers' Checks, money orders, Visa, or Mastercard.

Reservations are 100% transferable to other available dates. Price variations may apply. If guests are delayed due to the weather, half-rates are charged for extra days. If
cancellation is made prior to 48 hours of arrival date, the one night deposit may be
forfeited if another renter is not found for that same time period.

On the Cape is a SMOKE-FREE environment.

No pets without prior coordination.

Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is provided to get you started in the morning.

Guest parking for the house is the graveled area in front of the house. Apartment parking is at the far left of the driveway. The garage is private.

The house and apartment are locked at all times, so please keep your key with you. Please remove shoes inside all entrances due to the volcanic ash on the island. Slippers for indoor use are a good choice. The kitchen is cleaned by guests - no maid service. A change of towels and linens is provided in each room. Phones for local calls only.
Fish cleaning facilities are available at the docks - please use those facilities.
