On The Cape Vacation Rentals - General Information

Rates	House: 3 day minimum stay. 1 to 7 days - cost per person, per night: Minimum 2-Person occupancy: $325.00 per night + 5% bed tax 3-Person occupancy: $108.00 per person + 5% bed tax 4-Person occupancy: $81.00 per person + 5% bed tax 5-Person occupancy: $65.00 per person + 5% bed tax 6-Person occupancy: $54.00 per person + 5% bed tax 7-Person occupancy: $46.00 per person + 5% bed tax Over 7 days: please call for special pricing.
	Apartment: 2 day minimum stay. 1 to 7 days – based on double occupancy: $195.00 + 5% bed tax per night Over 7 days: please call for special pricing.
Check-in and out times	Check-in 3:00 pm. Check-out 11:00 am. We recognize that weather can sometimes prevent scheduled arrivals and departures so we are happy to work with you when this happens.
Reservations, Deposits and Payments	Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance of your trip dates. A one night deposit is required to secure a reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. We accept payment via one of the following: Travelers’ Check Money Order or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only).
Changes to Reservations and Cancelations	Reservations are 100% transferable to other available dates. Price variations may apply in transferring trip dates. If guests are delayed due to weather, half-rates are charged for extra days. If cancellation is made prior to 48 hours of arrival date, the one night deposit may be forfeited if another renter is not found for that same time period.
Smoking Policy	On The Cape is a smoke-free environment.
Pets	No pets without prior coordination.
Meals	Coffee, tea, hot chocolate provided to get you started in the morning.
Parking	Guest parking for the house is the graveled area in front of the house. Parking for the private entrance to the apartment is at the far left of the driveway. The garage is in private.
Housekeeping	The house and apartment are locked at all times so please keep your key with you. As with most innkeepers, please remove street shoes just inside all entrances due to the volcanic ash on the Island and the impact of this on hard and carpeted surfaces. Slippers for indoor use are a good choice. The kitchen is cleaned by guests (no maid service). A change of towels and linens is provided in each room. Your guests are welcome at OTC, however, please arrange ahead of time with our property manager if more than several people. Phones are for local calls only. Fish cleaning facilities are generally available at the docks so please use those facilities.
